All Sales Final Policy

Thank you for shopping with TopTierPokeBreaks! We appreciate your support and are committed to providing authentic Pokémon cards and collectibles. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through TopTierPokeBreaks are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason except as outlined in the Damaged or Incorrect Orders section below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, including sealed Pokémon products, live breaks, singles, and trading card merchandise:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with pack or break results.
  • We cannot guarantee pulls, card conditions beyond manufacturer standards, or the contents of sealed products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged due to a shipping or fulfillment error, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins and are subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have:

  • Been opened on stream
  • Entered processing
  • Been fulfilled or shipped

Once processing has begun, all sales are final.

5. Shipping

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

TopTierPokeBreaks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for an order that complies with this policy may result in the suspension or permanent restriction of future purchases from TopTierPokeBreaks. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
