We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If your location is not currently supported, please contact us before placing an order to inquire about future shipping availability.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • During periods of high order volume, including product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping options are available at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (for eligible orders placed before the carrier cutoff time)

International Shipping

If international shipping becomes available, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Expedited International: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, TopTierPokeBreaks may offer promotional free shipping. Any applicable terms will be displayed during checkout or announced through our website or email newsletter.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.


6. Shipping Delays

While we work to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

TopTierPokeBreaks is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

TopTierPokeBreaks is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.


8. Shipping Insurance

For higher-value purchases, shipping insurance may be available during checkout.

Purchasing shipping insurance provides additional protection against eligible loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend selecting this option for valuable orders.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

For domestic shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TopTierPokeBreaks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for working with their local postal service after the package has entered the destination country.


10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Customs policies vary by country, and we encourage international customers to review local import regulations before placing an order.


11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates.
