TopTierPokeBreaks Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with TopTierPokeBreaks. We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality Pokémon trading cards and merchandise while ensuring a fair and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note that your financial institution or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened booster packs, booster boxes, or other sealed products.
- Customized, altered, or special-order merchandise.
- Items that are not in their original condition or are missing original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
- If you received an incorrect or defective item due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Please note:
- A 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies to all approved order cancellations.
- Orders that have been processed, prepared for shipment, opened, or shipped cannot be canceled.
Once an order enters fulfillment, shipping and processing costs have already been incurred, and cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Special Event Orders
All special event orders are considered final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Event-exclusive products.
- Tournament packs.
- Convention exclusives.
- Limited-run or promotional event merchandise.
- Special event preorders.
These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective special event item, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos so we can assist you.
